Sonoma Pines is a large master-planned leasehold community in Westbank Centre built around Two Eagles Golf Course. It spans many separate streets — real MLS listings we've cross-referenced confirm at least Sonoma Pines Drive, Candalera Lane, Madera Court, and Serrento Lane are all part of the same community (several listings explicitly say "Welcome to Sonoma Pines" even when the civic address is on one of these other streets). Homes here are a mix of single-level and walkout-basement townhomes/ranchers, several backing directly onto the golf course with views toward Mission Hill Winery and Okanagan Lake.
This is leasehold land. At least one Sonoma Pines-area listing we reviewed explicitly referenced a land lease arrangement; we have not independently confirmed the lease terms (length remaining, renewal structure, or whether it's Westbank First Nation reserve land specifically, though its location within the broader WFN-leasehold-heavy part of Westbank Centre makes that plausible).
